Junior IT Technician (Entry Level) – Vacancy at Sautech

Sautech is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior IT Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in a professional support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to clients and internal users
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist senior technicians with installations, maintenance, and support tasks
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assist with basic server and network support
• Monitor and log support requests and follow up on resolutions
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of:
• Computers and operating systems
• Networks and TCP/IP
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
• IT qualification or relevant certifications will be advantageous
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the IT industry
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous

Remuneration:

• Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications
