Environmental Officer – Western Cape (Piketberg & Riversdale)

Location:

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Environmental Officers to join our team in the Western Cape. The successful candidates will play a key role in environmental monitoring, compliance, and reporting, with a strong focus on vegetation and plant identification.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in environmental management or related field
  • PROVEN EXPERTISE/QUALIFICATIONS IN IDENTIFYING PLANTS AND VEGETATION IN SOUTH AFRICA
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Botany, Ecology, or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape
