COACHING OPPORTUNITY AT FUNCTIONAL TRAINING FACILITY

The EOH team is expanding! If you love coaching, developing athletes, and being part of a high-performance culture, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

Elite One Hundred is a performance-driven functional training facility looking for coaches who enjoy:

- Leading group functional training classes

- Helping athletes progress safely and confidently

- Building a positive, high-energy community

Coaches will run group classes AND have the opportunity to build their Personal Training business inside the facility.

It’s important that you’re open to learning about:

- Coaching across different levels and abilities

This role is perfect for independent Personal Trainers looking for a long-term coaching home where your growth actually matters.

Requirements:

- Relevant fitness qualifications

- Flexible availability

- Experience is a bonus, but not required

- Coachable and willing to learn

- Driven and professional
