Role Overview

As part of its continued growth, redAcademy is expanding its Career Accelerator division to meet increasing demand for high-impact, client-focused learning solutions. Our short courses and accredited skills programmes are designed to equip employees of our corporate clients with practical, workplace-ready capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Facilitator with a strong academic or vocational background in technology-focused education. The successful candidate will primarily facilitate short courses and professional development programmes for employees within client organisations, delivering engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences that address specific business and workforce needs.

This role requires an individual who can confidently command a room, engage diverse groups of working professionals, and adapt learning content to align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emerging technologies, committed to continuous learning, and capable of translating technical concepts into practical workplace applications that create value for both learners and organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Facilitation

• Deliver engaging short courses, workshops, and skills programmes to employees of corporate clients.
• Facilitate structured learning sessions, group discussions, practical exercises, and workplace application activities.
• Confidently lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, maintaining learner engagement and participation throughout.
• Create an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Translate technical concepts into practical, business-relevant solutions that learners can immediately apply in their roles.
• Ensure learning interventions achieve client-specific outcomes and measurable impact.

Client- Focused Learning Delivery

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce challenges, and development needs.
• Customise and contextualize training content, case studies, examples, and activities to align with specific client environments and industries.
• Adapt delivery approaches to accommodate different learner groups, organizational cultures, and business requirements.
• Ensure all learning solutions remain relevant, practical, and aligned with client expectations.

Academic & Programme Delivery

• Contribute to the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of training materials and learning resources.
• Ensure assessments, learner portfolios, and moderation processes meet accreditation and quality assurance requirements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate learner records and programme documentation in accordance with QCTO and organisational standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Participate in client onboarding, needs analysis, and programme scoping discussions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders and redAcademy staff.
• Gather feedback and contribute to the enhancement of learning solutions based on client and learner experiences.

Learner & Cohort Management

• Monitor learner attendance, participation, progress, and assessment completion.
• Provide ongoing learner support, coaching, and academic guidance.
• Prepare learner progress reports and programme updates for internal stakeholders and clients.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all training delivery meets redAcademy quality standards and accreditation requirements.
• Stay current with developments in technology, digital skills, workplace trends, and emerging industry practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve learning design, delivery methodologies, and learner outcomes.
• Champion innovative learning approaches that support workforce development and business growth.

Required Experience & Skills

• Academic, education, or vocational training background (Learning & Development, Education, or related field).
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Python, Web Development and AI.
• Experience facilitating both accredited skills programmes or structured professional training.
• Understanding of QCTO processes, assessment principles, and quality assurance requirements (advantageous).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, particularly with adult professionals.
• Ability to translate theoretical content into practical workplace application.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative capability.
• Experience using digital learning platforms (advantageous).
