Finance Internship- SMG Toyota Hillcrest

Location: Hillcrest, Durban
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Salary: R12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join SMG Toyota Hillcrest car dealership in Hillcrest. This is an opportunity for a motivated finance or accounting graduate to gain practical experience in finance administration and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general finance and accounting administration.
• Capture and maintain financial information accurately.
• Assist with invoices, payments and financial records.
• Perform data capturing and filing.
• Assist with reconciliations and basic financial tasks.
• Provide general administrative support when required.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a public institution.
• Lives in or around the Hillcrest area.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical and data capturing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: R12 000,00 per month
