About Ntokoto Rail Holdings
Ntokoto Rail Holdings is a newly established rail group headquartered in Fourways, Johannesburg, building its operations and governance infrastructure from the ground up.
The Role
We are looking for an Accounting/Finance Manager to set up the Group's finance function from scratch, covering both management accounting and financial management support across our South Africa and Botswana operations.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Setup
- Set up Sage as the Group's accounting system
- Establish the chart of accounts
- Set up project cost centres to track performance across sites
Management Accounting
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Manage the Group's budgeting process
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) on active projects
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast
Compliance & Payroll
- Manage SARS compliance, including VAT and PAYE submissions
- Prepare audit packs for annual audits
- Support payroll processing for both South Africa and Botswana operations
Commercial Support
- Provide tender pricing support for new project bids
Minimum Requirements
- BCom in Accounting
- SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA membership
- 5+ years' experience in project finance
- Proficiency in Xero and/or Sage
Pay: R61 000,00 per month
