About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrator who will also take ownership of Contract Management within our organization. This position offers a balanced mix of financial administrative responsibilities and operational contract maintenance, with an approximate 50/50 split between both areas.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and that contract changes are processed accurately and efficiently. As we continue to digitize and automate our workflows, we are seeking someone who is eager to embrace innovative tools and data-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management (50%)
· Process monthly contract adjustments in Autotask to ensure accurate and timely customer billing.
· Maintain contract data, including changes due to quantity adjustments, pricing updates, or new/modified service items.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract changes are correctly reflected in systems.
· Utilize insights provided through our portal and datalake to automate andstreamline contract mutation workflows.
Financial Administration (50%)
· Perform daily financial operations, including accounts receivable - accounts payable (less focus), and general ledger activities (more focus).
· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Prepare financial overviews, reconciliations, and management reports.
· Identify improvement opportunities within the financial and administrative processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in financial administration or a similar role.
· Advanced Excel proficiency, demonstrated through experience with:
Pivot tables and pivot charts for contract and revenue analysis
Advanced lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) for linking data across multiple sources
Conditional formatting and data validation for tracking renewal dates and contract status
Working with large datasets (filtering, sorting, structured tables)
· Familiarity with ERP/financial systems; experience with Autotask is an advantage.
· Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
· A proactive mindset with openness to digitalization and automation of workflows.
· Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: R14 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month
