What You’ll Do

• Run the day-to-day finance function — cash flow, management accounts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Take ownership of inventory, stock control, and costing — making sure what’s on the books matches what’s on the shelves.
• Maintain and monitor Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product profitability.
• Oversee procurement and supplier management, ensuring smooth operations and smart spending.
• Keep systems sharp — from accounting platforms to inventory tracking.
• Deliver monthly reports that actually mean something — not just numbers, but insights.
• Support management in smart, data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

• A BCom Accounting or Financial Management degree (or similar qualification).
• At least 5 years of real, hands-on experience managing finances in an SME, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
• Solid skills in inventory, costing, BOMs, and supplier management.
• Comfort with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• You’re sharp, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.
• You don’t just report problems — you fix them.
