Hiring Experienced Waiters

Briquette by John Joseph | Gardens, Cape Town

We're building an exceptional front-of-house team for Briquette, a new fire-led restaurant by chef John Joseph in Gardens.

We're looking for experienced, professional waiters who genuinely love restaurants and hospitality.

You should have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a busy, quality restaurant
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • Confident, warm and natural table presence
  • Strong sales ability
  • The ability to handle a busy section professionally
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Contactable references

This is not overly formal fine dining. Our service is warm, knowledgeable, generous and relaxed, but extremely sharp.

We are interviewing tomorrow in Gardens and can appoint immediately.
