Full job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Tier 2 Field Technician who thrives in a client-facing role and has strong networking expertise. If you enjoy solving real-world IT problems onsite and working across diverse environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver onsite IT support across client environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows devices and infrastructure
  • Support and maintain network connectivity and performance
  • Assist with network and infrastructure deployments
  • Provide ad-hoc remote support and maintain clear documentation

What You Need

  • 3–5 years’ IT support experience (MSP experience advantageous)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Windows OS (7–11) – support & troubleshooting
    • Windows Server – deployment, administration & support
  • Strong networking knowledge (essential), including:
    • Reyee, Ubiquiti, iShield, FortiGate
  • Experience with NAS/storage solutions:
    • QNAP, Synology
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently on-site with clients
  • Valid driver’s license
