Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to all call centre staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Set up new user accounts, email profiles, and workstations.
- Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Liaise with external IT vendors when necessary.
- Ensure minimal downtime by responding promptly to technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience (call centre experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
