Full job description

We are an upmarket Italian Restaurant looking for a Restaurant and Events Manager in Cape Town CBD , Bree Street.

At least 2-3 years experience managing a restaurant, managing staff, coordinating events etc

Requirements :

- A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).

- At least 2-3 years’ experience as restaurant manager.

- Client service experience is essential.

- Fluent in English.

- Must be available to work during hospitality hours; shifts (evenings, weekends, public holidays).

- Own transport will be a plus.

- Must be able to work under pressure.

- Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
