Full job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness & hygiene across the entire operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily temperature monitoring and logging
  • Ensuring all cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures are consistently followed
  • Holding staff accountable to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing the collection and submission of food and surface samples to laboratories for microbiological testing
  • Conducting routine hygiene inspections and reporting non-compliance

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A formal qualification in Food Safety, Hygiene Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high operational standards

Competitive salary offered.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
