Ba-Phalaborwa Golf Club is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitron to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing excellent service and memorable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to the club’s service standards.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle guest queries and requests professionally.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification will be an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Waitron, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Professional and well-presented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant hospitality qualification will be an advantage.
