Full job description
A bakery in Overport, Durban is seeking a Food Safety Officer, who has successfully implemented a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in a bakery/ food manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Formal qualification in Food Science/Food Technology
Minimum of one year's practical experience in the implementation and management of a FSMS.
Understanding of quality control principles, methods and systems.
Strong administrative skills
Ability to work within a team and independently
Reliable transport
Ability to start immediately
Pay: R7 500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
