FTD Digital is hiring a freelance Social Media Manager to run the social presence of our US sweepstakes brands — Meta first (Facebook + Instagram), with other channels where they earn their place.

This is a part-time, long-term freelance role (15–25 hours a week), fully remote. We move fast, test everything and measure everything. You’ll own content end to end: planning, writing, designing, scheduling, reporting — and you’ll do it efficiently using AI and automation.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, write, design and schedule content across Meta and other channels
• Write witty, on-brand copy that lands with a US audience
• Produce your own images and short-form graphics using design + AI tools
• Build automations/AI workflows so you produce more in fewer hours
• Keep every post inside Meta’s advertising and community rules (sweepstakes/promotions are sensitive — account safety is critical)
• Track KPIs and deliver a clear monthly performance report

You’ll need:

• Proven Meta (Facebook/Instagram) management, plus at least one other channel
• Expert use of AI + automation tools
• A sharp mind and strong academic background — you read and apply platform rules flawlessly
• First-class, witty written English and the ability to make your own visuals
• Strong data/reporting skills and expert knowledge of US culture and events

Nice to have: sweepstakes, iGaming, betting or casino experience; paid social; short-form video.

Pay: R400,00 - R750,00 per hour
