Full job description

Dynamic Balancing is looking for a new Office Administrator to join our admin team and hereby invite all employees to submit CVs who meet the minimum requirements listed below.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing Job cards

- Type Balancing certificates

- Track payments

- Handling switchboard

- Daily Invoicing

- Monthly filing

- Daily Quotes

- Any other reasonable ad hoc duties that might be required

- Report to Office Manager

- Education Grade 11 or higher

- Language – Afrikaans/English fluent

- Maths

- Own Transport

- Must be able to work in an open plan office

- Must be self-driven

Preference will be given if you have

- Pastel Accounting experience

- Able to read and understand technical drawings

Pay: R15 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
