Job Advert Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker to support daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, packing, loading, offloading, stock handling, cleaning, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficient distribution of goods.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate advantageous.
• Previous warehouse or FMCG experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming stock correctly.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and offloading delivery vehicles.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Conduct stock counting and assist with inventory control.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment where authorized.
• Support other warehouse duties as required.
