Digital Mavericks- Junior Analyst and Data Analyst

RCL FOODS is building a pipeline of future digital talent to help strengthen how data, systems and technology enable business performance. We are inviting high potential graduates and early career professionals to join our IT Feeder Scheme as Junior Analysts, where you will learn by doing meaningful work that supports the business and improves how teams use digital platforms.

What you will do

In this role, you will support the business to maximise value from technology and digital platforms and contribute to projects and system enhancements that improve efficiency and decision making.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supporting the use and optimisation of data platforms, enterprise systems technology solutions.
• Assisting with the projects, system improvements and new technology rollouts.
• Streamlining processes and preparing business documentation
• Collaborating with the stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions
• Participating in system audits and building specialist knowledge of key platforms
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting and visualisation

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Strategic Brand Management, or Marketing with digital or design modules
• Up to two years relevant experience in a business function or IT environment
• Strong academic results and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn and take initiative.
