As an Associate Graduate, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives and build the technical, professional and leadership skills needed to thrive in your career.


Key responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in a professional work environment, building valuable networks and gaining practical industry experience.

  • Contribute to real business projects while working alongside experienced professionals and subject matter experts.

  • Develop technical and professional capabilities through structured learning pathways, certifications, and on-the-job experience.

  • Participate in operational and project activities relevant to your business unit or function.

  • Apply theoretical knowledge to solve business challenges and support innovative solutions.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow and broaden your professional experience.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Participate in corporate social responsibility and volunteer initiatives that create meaningful impact in our communities.

  • Identify issues, risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate where appropriate.

  • Perform other duties relevant to your development and business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • If not based in Johannesburg, applicants must be willing to relocate at their own cost.

  • This opportunity is ideally suited to recent graduates aged 26 and younger who are looking to launch their careers in the technology industry.

  • This opportunity is suited to graduates who have completed, or are due to complete by December 2026, a three-year Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
