About the Role

Location: West Rand, Gauteng


Bluespec Holdings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team based in the West Rand. This opportunity is ideal for a recent Human Resources graduate or a junior HR professional looking to build a successful career within a fast-paced corporate environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Prepare employment documentation and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Capture and update employee information on HR systems.
  • Assist with employee benefits and general HR queries.
  • Support training and development administration.
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related qualification.
  • 0–1 years HR experience (internships, graduate programmes and learnerships will be considered).
  • Basic understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must reside in or be willing to travel to the West Rand.
