We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create engaging, conversion-focused email designs that not only look great but also drive results.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at GF Emails, your primary focus will be designing email marketing campaigns for a variety of e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to transform briefs into visually compelling emails that align with each client's brand and marketing goals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both design and marketing, with a strong eye for layout, branding, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting email campaigns for e-commerce brands.
• Create email layouts that are visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused.
• Develop graphics, banners, icons, and other creative assets for email marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Stay up to date with email design trends, e-commerce marketing, and best practices.
• Occasionally assist with related design projects such as landing pages, social media graphics, and promotional assets.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Figma experience is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding.
• Experience designing marketing materials and digital assets.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing emails for e-commerce brands.
• Understanding of email marketing principles and customer journeys.
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email service providers.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and email best practices.
