About Vacarya
Vacarya is a fast-growing short-term rental licensing company with 350+ active listings across multiple U.S. markets.
The Role
We are looking for a Guest Communication Associate to handle guest messaging and deliver excellent customer service for our short-term rental properties.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to guest inquiries and messages on Airbnb and other booking platforms.
- Manage booking requests and resolve guest concerns.
- Screen guests before confirming bookings.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from inquiry to checkout.
- Coordinate with the team when needed.
- Help maintain high ratings and positive reviews.
Skill Requirements:
- Problem solve under pressure. Guest concerns need to be triaged with speed and care, and your ability to problem solve on the spot is important.
- You'll be working with a lot of different apps and platforms, so you'll need to be tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Organization is key. With hundreds of properties, your ability to work in an organized and orderly fashion will be important.
- Positive attitude and willing to be trained
