A leading swimwear and beach lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience
  • Manage daily store operations, stock control, and merchandising
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Analyse sales performance and implement growth strategies
  • Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years retail management experience
  • Fashion, luxury, or swimwear retail experience advantageous
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven sales and team management ability
  • Professional, energetic, and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work retail trading hours
  • Experience working on the Integrity POS system will be an advantage
