The below are listed requirements but not limited to:
- chair disciplinary/grievance enquiries
- knowledge of Excel and Word
- excellent communication skills,
- attending to staff queries
- data capturing
- drawing up contracts
- updating and maintaining employee records
- conduct internal training
- arange outsourced training
- conduct daily camera observations
- Submit IOD claims
- recruitment, selection and induction
- submit necessary documents to wage department
- matric is necessity
- previous hr experience is advantageous
