About the Role
We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Virtual Human Resources & Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.
This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance tracking, provider credentialing support, and executive administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage recruitment and hiring processes
Screen applicants and schedule interviews
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records
Track employee performance reviews and documentation
Assist with employee relations and HR initiatives
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate payroll preparation and employee records
Track attendance and timekeeping information
Assist with employee benefits administration
Ensure payroll and HR documentation remains accurate
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee compliance files
Track licenses, certifications, and required training
Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Monitor deadlines and renewal requirements
Provider Credentialing Support
Assist with credentialing and recredentialing of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, ultrasound technicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
Track provider licenses, DEA registrations, certifications, malpractice insurance, and credentialing applications
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare facilities regarding credentialing requirements
Executive Assistant Duties
Manage administrative projects and follow-up tasks
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Coordinate meetings and calendars
Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Professional and reliable work ethic
