Full job description

NoName Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Head Chef, with a strong culinary background, to join our growing team within the Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town. This is an incredible opportunity with great starting salaries.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
  • Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.
  • Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the role at a reputable establishment.
  • Energetic, professional and a passion for the industry is a must.
  • Able to lead and manage the preparation and execution of high quality menus.
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
