We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a team of 20 chefs in a fast-paced kitchen with a diverse menu.
The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience leading large kitchen teams * Strong operational and leadership skills * Exceptional ability to create, implement, and manage kitchen systems * Experience with food costing, stock control, and quality assurance * A passion for consistency, efficiency, and team development
