Indalo Leaves Lodge & Spa is looking for a passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. If you have a passion for wellness, beauty, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments and therapies to guests.
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on guests’ needs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Create a relaxing and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Promote spa treatments, products, and services where appropriate.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitised, and properly maintained.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the lodge and spa’s standards.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or Spa Therapy.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a hotel, lodge, or spa environment.
• Knowledge and experience in a range of spa treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent guest-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
