Full job description

An opportunity for an Inbound Healthcare Business Consultant to become a Trusted Business Champion for an allocated client base.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional digital on-boarding experience of software solutions to new practices in the Private Healthcare sector. At the same time they will use their relationship building skills to take full-ownership for the retention of and, in collaboration with the Sales Team, to grow the revenue from, existing practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and take full ownership for the retention of an allocated client base;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to grow the region and its profitability;
  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and practice staff digitally;
  • Unlock the company's value proposition and gain insights through high-value interactions with practices;
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to on-board new clients;
  • Upsell 'value added services' and 'new products features' to an existing client base;
  • Train existing clients on new products and processes through a combination of telephonic and other digital channels;
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interations in the Company's CRM;
  • Ensure that clients continually receive an excellent Customer Experience through digital interactions.

Requirements to fill the position include:

  • Matric (National Senior Certificate);
  • A Tertiary qualification is preferred;
  • 2+ years in a client service role in the Healthcare or Information Technology sectors;
  • 1+ years training clients on software products
  • 1 + years upselling products and services to existing clients
  • Excellent communcation skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient in English and at least one other official language
  • Analysis and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong admin skills
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels
  • Negotiation and upselling skills
  • Planning, organisational and co-ordinating skills
  • Time- and self-management skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Collaboratory and Team-player skills
  • A sound understanding of the SA private Healthcare sector is advantageous
