We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-focused Waitress / Concierge to welcome guests, provide attentive service and assist with their needs throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide excellent table and beverage service.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and general information.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean, neat and welcoming service area.
• Assist with reservations, guest arrangements and other concierge duties.
• Handle guest requests professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a waitressing, hospitality or guest service role will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
