Full job description

We’re looking for experienced waiters to join our vibrant team to work day and night shifts for our new Gastropub and Sports Bar in the Cape Town CBD.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Punctual & reliable – own transport and phone essential
  • Legally eligible to work in South Africa
  • Energetic, positive, and team-oriented – able to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Flexible – available to work weekends, public holidays. Currently
  • Honest and trustworthy, with a strong sense of professionalism
  • Experienced – minimum 3 years in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Do not apply if you have not had upmarket restaurant experience!!
  • Calm under pressure – able to work efficiently within a team and under management supervision
  • Well-groomed and well-spoken, with the confidence to engage high-profile guests
  • Ambitious and hard-working – eager to earn well and committed to putting in the effort
