Virgo Personnel is recruiting an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for a prestigious luxury hotel client. This role supports the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all accommodation and public areas.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing the housekeeping team and daily operations

· Supervise room inspections to ensure luxury standards are consistently met

· Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance management

· Oversee inventory control of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

· Provide hands-on support during peak periods and special events

Requirements:

· 2–5 years’ experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to immaculate standards

· Ability to motivate and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment

· Professional communication and guest service skills
