REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years five-star luxury lodge experience in a Guest Relations or senior hospitality role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Natural leadership and team management abilities
- A polished, professional and solution-oriented approach
- Willing to relocate within South Africa
The Guest Relations Consultant will be responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional guest experiences, ensuring personalised service, operational excellence and the highest standards of hospitality throughout the lodge.
Key focus areas include:
- Overseeing guest arrival, stay and departure
- Managing the guest relations team
- Anticipating and exceeding guest needs
- Handling guest feedback and special requests
- Collaborating with management to maintain world-class service standards
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- luxury lodge guest relations: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
