Hotel Catering Manager jobs

A well-established retirement village in the Durbanville area is looking for a hands-on and dedicated Catering Manger to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a team effectively
• Overseeing daily kitchen and lunch service operations
• Placing and managing stock orders
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery
• Administrative and computer-based duties
• Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the unit

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in Catering

Or hospitality industry

• Chef qualification or Hospitality Qualification required
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Basic cooking and food service experience
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport(non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available immediately
