Luxury Boutique Hotel and Spa requires an experienced Leisure Reservationist.

The key focus will be a flawless coordination of multi-departmental guest itineraries, blending luxury accommodation, spa packages, fine dining, and curated estate experiences into a seamless pre-arrival process.

The fine art of this position is to balance a polished, guest-centric communication style with rigorous administrative precision and data integrity. Nb: The key focus here is you as the primary custodian of the leisure guests' journey!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of leisure inquiries across telephonic, email, and digital channels, ensuring a sophisticated and welcoming first impression.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through expert product knowledge, tailored descriptions, and the proactive promotion of room upgrades, extended stays, and estate experiences.
• Construct and verify detailed guest itineraries, collaborating daily with the Spa, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams to ensure special requirements and dietary preferences are seamlessly executed.
• Capture and maintain accurate guest data within the Property Management System (PMS), adhering strictly to hotel policies and POPIA compliance standards.
• Generate, audit, and distribute daily and future arrival reports to support operational planning and revenue forecasting.
• Conduct structured follow-ups on outstanding quotations and tentative bookings to maximize property occupancy and yield.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hotel reservations or leisure coordination experience within a verified 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Direct operational proficiency utilising industry-standard Property Management Systems, specifically Opera, Protel, or a recognized luxury enterprise equivalent.
• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and independent, reliable transport.

Preferred Attributes

• A tertiary diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
• Specialized experience managing wellness or spa-specific booking platforms.
• A proven track record in high-touch guest liaison and luxury sales conversion.

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month

• HOTEL PMS SYSTEMS: 3 years (Required)
