Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and organised professional to help manage online listings and support customer communications across various digital platforms. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with online content, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to daily operational activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online listings to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
  • Update content and make improvements when needed
  • Communicate with customers through email, chat, and other online channels
  • Assist with enquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Monitor listing activity and identify opportunities to enhance performance
  • Keep records and documentation organised
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks as part of daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Confidence using online platforms and digital tools
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, digital marketing, or content management is beneficial but not essential
