Core Responsibilities

• Handling Calls: Agents perform outgoing (outbound) calls , or sales activities.
• Problem Resolution: A key duty is identifying, researching, and resolving customer problems and complaints efficiently, which often requires active listening and critical thinking skills.
• Providing Information: Agents offer detailed information about the company's products and services, guiding customers through benefits and pricing
• Data Management: They use discovery 360 system to document all call information, interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring customer records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Following Procedures: They follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures to maintain service consistency, escalating issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
• Sales and Upselling: Where appropriate, agents identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to benefit both the customer and company revenue.
• Gathering Feedback: Agents may conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback, alerting management to call trends for potential process improvements.

Pay: From R11 000,00 per month
