What You'll Do In Your Software Internship:

Provide first-line support to clients by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and guiding them through software features and functionality.
Learn and contribute to creating plans for how businesses can use technology effectively.
Support the team with project documentation, testing, and quality checks during software rollouts.
Learn about Zoho's software solutions and how they can help our clients.
Collaborate with team members to guarantee seamless implementation, integration, and functionality of all project components.
Log, track, and follow up on client support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Consistently improve your skillset through provided training, online self-learning, and certifications.

What We're Looking For In A Software Intern:

Individuals studying towards or have completed a diploma/bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field (preferred but not compulsory).
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills.
Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated individuals who take initiative.
Enthusiasts for continuous learning and teaching.

Requirements You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only! Schedule: 8 hours Monday to Friday You'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and hard work.
