Restaurant General Manager required for 5 Star Sandton Hotel.

Formal qualifications essential.

Hotel experience essential

The position is the same level as Food & Beverage Manager

The emphasis is on the full service restaurant offering Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

The restaurant caters to both In House Guest as well walk in customers

Will be responsible and accountable for all aspects related to the management of the operations including:

Human Resources, Finanace, Marketing etc.
