Junior Operation Manager jobs

Position Overview: As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stores. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and store teams to optimize processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing daily group operations to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity.

· Support inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.

· Collaborate with store teams to implement best practices in customer service and operational processes.

· Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Assist in training and development of staff to promote a positive and effective work environment.

· Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

· Previous experience in retail operations or management (1-2 years preferred).

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
