Full job description

SAFSPEC is looking for a driven Junior Sales Executive to join our team. You will

develop and grow customer accounts, generate sales of SAFSPEC lubrication

systems, site service maintenance and spare parts, and maintain strong

relationships with key mining and industrial customers. This position reports directly

to the Managing Member / Technical Manager and Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales through proactive prospecting and identifying new

opportunities in mining, manufacturing and industrial sectors

Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals and business

presentations

Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets

Grow sales of capital equipment, site service maintenance and spare parts

Build and maintain strong relationships with Plant Managers, Engineers,

Foremen, Buyers and Maintenance Managers

Conduct regular customer and mine-site visits to assess equipment and

customer satisfaction

Provide technical support and solutions to customers

Identify upselling, cross-selling and service improvement opportunities

Minimum Requirements

1 year or less experience in sales or customer-facing role (junior level welcome)

Strong mechanical background in industrial machinery and equipment

Existing customer base within the mining and manufacturing sectors

Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer and mine sites

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer literacy and administrative accuracy
