Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
• Assisting customers with product information and guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Generating leads through outbound calls and following up on marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records on the CRM system.
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and business goals.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.

Salary Range:

R5 300 – R8 000 per month
