We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Labour Law Consultant to join our team in Kroonstad. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in providing trusted, high-impact IR consultation to a diverse and growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Consulting with cliets on all IR matters
• Charing disciplinary inquiries
• Drafting judgments and assisting with the issuing of warnings
• Drafting and implementing workplace policies
• Managing wage negotiations and strike actions
• Supporting retrenchment processes
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering reliable services

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A 3-year B. Degree in HR, IR, LLB, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant role
• Bilingual fluency (English and Afrikaans preferred)
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent computer literacy
• A valid driver’s license
• Eagerness to learn and master labour law practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
