This is a base salary plus commission role.

We are a growing U.S.-based staffing and recruiting agency specializing in manufacturing, engineering, automation, robotics, CNC machining, and industrial equipment. We partner with leading manufacturers across the United States to help them hire highly skilled professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about finding top talent, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates across the United States.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, work history, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of manufacturing and engineering professionals.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Preferred Background

• 2+ years of agency recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or technical positions is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
