Full job description
JOB PURPOSE
- To provide efficient, professional, and comprehensive Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle, including bulk recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee wellness, training administration, HR administration, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant Human Resources Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist (excluding internships), preferably within a call centre or contact centre environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end bulk recruitment processes in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity management, and performance management.
- Sound knowledge and practical application of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and related employment practices.
- Minimum of 2 years' practical experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in HR administration, onboarding, employee records management, and HR reporting.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Recruit and manage learnerships, internships, and YES Programme activities.
- Coordinate disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and probation management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Coordinate employee wellness, engagement, and organisational culture initiatives.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
