1. General Responsibilities

Throughout the programme, the learner will:

1.1. Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.

1.2. Capture data accurately and timeously.

1.3. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.

1.4. Manage and organise company records.

1.5. Assist with document control processes.

1.6. Provide administrative support to various departments.

1.7. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

1.8. Attend all scheduled training sessions and assessments

1.9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace rules.

1.10. Maintain confidentiality regarding company information

1.11. Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

2. Minimum Requirements

2.1. Essential Qualifications

2.1.1. Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.

2.2. Language Requirements

2.2.1. Fluent in spoken and written English.

2.2.2. Fluent in spoken and written Afrikaans.

2.2.3. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in both languages.

2.3. Computer Literacy, proficiency in:

2.3.1. Microsoft Word

2.3.2. Microsoft Excel

2.3.3. Microsoft Outlook

2.3.4. Microsoft Teams (advantageous)

2.4. Basic data capturing and administrative systems

3. Additional Requirements

3.1. Strong attention to detail.

3.2. Good organisational skills.

3.3. Ability to work independently and within a team.

3.4. Professional appearance and conduct.

3.5. Willingness to learn and rotate between departments.

3.6. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: R5 400,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bethal, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
