Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Helpdesk Learnership Programme.

As a Helpdesk Learner, you will receive practical workplace experience while developing valuable skills in customer service, communication, computer usage, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and concerns.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Log and update customer information accurately on the system.
• Use computer systems to access and capture customer information.
• Escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Follow company procedures and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate confidently with customers.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Ability to assist customers and handle customer queries.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations.
• Must be customer-focused and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Two compulsory Saturdays per month: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
