Bar manager Stellenbosch

Busy fast paced student bar in Stellenbosch requires a full time night shift manager to join our young and vibrant team.

The successful candidate must:

- be prepared to work industry hours which include late nights, public holidays and weekends

- have excellent computer literacy skills

- experience working with POS systems

- previous bar/nightclub management experience not essential

- relevant admin experience

- be self motivated, be able to work under pressure and be able to lead by example

-to be able to teach, train and upskill a team

- have strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic

- to be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to think on your feet

- be able to work alone as well as part of a team - be accountable and responsible

- be a self starter

- have the ability to delegate and lead

-reside in Stellenbosch/ be willing to relocate to Stellenbosch -

-good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor costings essential -

-be well spoken and presentable

-have a clean criminal record and traceable references

A tertiary qualification and a first aid qualification will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Work: 1 year (Required)
