CCG Systems is in the ICT sector and is well known to specialize in the implementation and support of ERP systems as well as Payroll & HR Systems to which our clients are made of mostly Municipalities throughout South Africa. Our company is looking for a potential candidate to join our Marketing team in the capacity of a Junior Marketing Manager, to be based at our Head Office.


We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Manager to support the marketing activities across multiple brands within our group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic marketing and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will help grow brand awareness, generate leads, manage digital campaigns, and ensure consistent marketing across all platforms.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
