We are currently hiring tutors and examiners for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and other specialised high-level subjects (IB & Cambridge: IGCSE, AS/A Levels).

Global Tutors is expanding. We’re looking for high-calibre, bilingual tutors and examiners who specialise in exam preparation and academic performance across international curricula.

Subjects in Demand:

• Mathematics (Standard & Extended)
• Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Natural Sciences
• EMS & Business Studies

IB Specialised Subjects:

• Psychology & Sociology
• Global Politics, History, Geography

High-Value IB Support:

• Theory of Knowledge (TOK)
• Extended Essay (EE) supervision
• Internal Assessments (IA) support

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 online tutoring sessions to international students (primary to advanced levels)
• Focus on exam preparation, concept mastery, and academic performance
• Support students with past papers, exam techniques, and structured revision plans
• Provide guidance on Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and coursework where relevant
• Track student progress and adapt sessions based on performance and goals
• Maintain a professional, reliable schedule with consistent weekly sessions

Work Structure

• This is a fully remote, independent contractor role
• Tutors manage their own schedules within agreed availability
• Sessions are delivered online to an international student base
• No fixed salary — earnings are based on hours taught

Languages:

• Arabic

Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching IB or Cambridge (IGCSE / AS / A Levels)
• Strong subject expertise and academic background
• Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
• Minimum 4 hours/week availability (afternoons/evenings preferred)

Highly Valued:

• IB or Cambridge Examiner experience
• Exam-focused teaching track record
• PGCE, B.Ed, or relevant degree

Job Type: Contract

Pay: R150,00 - R300,00 per hour
