We create professional content designed for executive audiences across LinkedIn, Meta, podcasts, Spotlights, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.

We are looking for a highly capable content producer who can help us scale content efficiently using modern editing tools, AI, and established workflows.

Overview

This is an execution-focused content role.

We are not looking for a social media strategist.

We are not looking for a community manager.

We are looking for someone who can create professional content efficiently, communicate clearly, follow direction, and use AI to improve output.

You should be creative enough to make content engaging and disciplined enough to follow established brand standards.

ResponsibilitiesVideo Production

Produce approximately:

• 16 videos per month

Content may include:

• Talking-head edits
• Podcast clips
• Content remixes
• Short-form clips
• Existing SEA content formats
• AI-assisted content production
• Captioning
• Music selection
• B-roll integration
• Voiceover support

Some videos will be simple edits using existing formats.

Some videos will require more creativity and production effort.

Static Content Production

Produce approximately:

• 40 static content assets per month

Content may include:

• Quote graphics
• Carousels
• Infographics
• Thought leadership content
• Repurposed content
• Existing branded templates

Content Operations

• Maintain organized project files
• Track content status and progress
• Communicate clearly with the team
• Follow content briefs and instructions
• Help improve production efficiency
• Use AI tools to increase output and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant social media, content production, or content management experience
• Strong short-form video editing experience
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn content
• Experience creating professional business content
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to receive feedback and implement changes quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Personal brand experience is acceptable if the quality of work is strong.

Required Tools Experience

Candidates should have strong experience with most of the following:

Editing

• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent
• Descript
• Veed

Design

• Canva

Content Assets

• Artlist or similar stock asset platforms

AI Tools

• ChatGPT
• AI-assisted editing tools
• AI-assisted content workflows
• AI-assisted graphic creation

Collaboration

• Google Workspace
• Project management tools

Candidates who are not actively using AI in their workflow are unlikely to be a fit.

Compensation

Performance-based compensation.

Approximately $416/month

Exceeding Expectations

Approximately $866/month

For team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional quality, efficiency, initiative, and output.

Performance beyond expectations may create additional growth opportunities and compensation increases.
