Full job description

  • Captures / opens job cards accurately until job cards are closed
  • Requests quotations from suppliers and follows up on outstanding information, documentation and quotes timeously
  • Submits quotes to the clients for approval
  • Raises purchase orders (PO’s), and submits to suppliers to facilitate the delivery / receipt of parts
  • Updates and keeps safety files up to date at all times to facilitate compliance audits
  • Closes job cards on the system on a daily basis
  • Compiles daily work in progress (WIP) updates
  • Reports on outstanding PO’s
  • Compiles all required paperwork and submits for review and invoicing
  • Follows up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintains an up-to-date database of compliance requirements, deadlines and expiry dates i.e. licence renewals, professional driving permits (PDP’s) and medicals
  • Orders new stationery as required
  • Orders and issues protective personal equipment (PPE) according to approved standard operating procedures
  • Maintains and updates electronic folders for suppliers and customers, and attaches and files all relevant documents and information for easy retrieval

Pay: From R5 600,00 per month
