Full job description
- Captures / opens job cards accurately until job cards are closed
- Requests quotations from suppliers and follows up on outstanding information, documentation and quotes timeously
- Submits quotes to the clients for approval
- Raises purchase orders (PO’s), and submits to suppliers to facilitate the delivery / receipt of parts
- Updates and keeps safety files up to date at all times to facilitate compliance audits
- Closes job cards on the system on a daily basis
- Compiles daily work in progress (WIP) updates
- Reports on outstanding PO’s
- Compiles all required paperwork and submits for review and invoicing
- Follows up on outstanding purchase orders
- Maintains an up-to-date database of compliance requirements, deadlines and expiry dates i.e. licence renewals, professional driving permits (PDP’s) and medicals
- Orders new stationery as required
- Orders and issues protective personal equipment (PPE) according to approved standard operating procedures
- Maintains and updates electronic folders for suppliers and customers, and attaches and files all relevant documents and information for easy retrieval
Pay: From R5 600,00 per month
